SSC part-II Matric result 2013 BISE Larkana board

LARKANA,  The result of Secondary School Certificate Part-II (class-X) annual examinations for both science and general groups was announced by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Larkana on Wednesday.

A total of 33,042 students appeared for the matric exam in science group out of whom only 1,504 could clinch A-1 grade while 7,787 students bagged A grade. Out of the remaining, 11,533 acquired B grade, 5,889 C grade, 697 D grade and only nine E grade. The passing percentage stood at 83 per cent while the results of 756 students were withheld for cheating during the exam and not submitting required documents.

Among male students, Naazeer Ahmed Kandhiro of Global Science College bagged the first position with 779 marks, Asfand Goraho of Government St Joseph’s High School obtained the second position with 778 marks while Manooj Kumar Dhawani of OPF Public School stood third with 777 marks.

The competition was just as close among female students. Urooj Fatima Khooharo of Shams English School Larkana stood first with 778 marks, Shahnaz Begum Kalhoro of Government Girls High Secondary School Mehar obtained the second position with 777 marks while Faria Shaikh of City School stood third with 774 marks.

Meanwhile, 2,897 students appeared for the exam in general group and only 2,469 passed the examination. No student could secure A-1 grade while 17 were able to obtain A grade. The total passing percentage was 85 per cent.

Among male students, Muhammed Hassan Palal of Govt Single Section High School Shahdadkot bagged the first position with 622 marks, Shahid Malik of Govt (N) Bhittai High School Kandhkot obtained the second position with 617 marks and Syed Naeem Bukhari of Sachal Sarmast Oriental College Larkana stood third with 611 marks.

Among the female students, Safia Parveen Chandio of Govt High School Bero Chandio clinched the first position with 588 marks, Shamim Bano Pathan of Govt Girls High School Jacobabad secured the second position with 587 marks and Farhana Soomor of Govt K.G. Girls High School Jacobabad stood third with 586 marks.

Please keep visiting this page to get latest updates In 1995, The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Larkana (BISE Larkana) started its working as a commanding body for conducting matriculation and intermediate examinations. It conducts examination within its jurisdiction and the present areas under its umbrella are District Larkana, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, District Dadu viz Maher and Khairpur Nathan Shah.
BISE Larkana announces date sheets for matric and inter exams a month before the exams commencement. BISE Larkana conducts its matric examination in March and Inter exams in April. Announcements of matric and results are usually made in July, August and September respectively.
